Using Moey

By using Moey, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Moey lets people discover and publish products, ideas, prototypes, images, and videos, and exchange comments and feedback.

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you have not reached the age at which you can enter this agreement yourself, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms and permit your use. You may not use Moey if applicable law prohibits it.

Accounts and project credits

Provide accurate account information, protect access to your Google account, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use of your Moey account. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Do not impersonate another person, claim false maker credits, or present yourself as a project owner without authorization. If you submit a project belonging to someone else, make that relationship clear and only use content you are entitled to share.

Your content and our permission to use it

You retain ownership of the rights you hold in your projects, uploads, comments, and feedback. Posting on Moey does not transfer those rights to Moey or give other users ownership of your work.

When you submit content, you grant Moey a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format for display, transmit, and display it as needed to operate and provide the service. This includes making thumbnails, processing video, displaying public contributions, and using service providers to perform those tasks. It does not give us a general right to sell your work or use it in unrelated advertising.

You confirm that you have the permissions needed for this use, including permission for any personal information you publish. Do not upload confidential material or content you are not authorized to disclose. Public content can be copied by others.

The license ends when your content is removed from the service, except for limited retention needed for backups, legal obligations, security, or resolving disputes. Removal may take time to propagate through storage and caches. Copies independently saved by other people are outside our control.

Acceptable use

Follow our Community Guidelines. Do not use Moey for unlawful content, infringement, scams, harassment, spam, malware, unauthorized access, or manipulation of engagement signals. Do not bypass upload limits, access controls, or security protections.

You may access and use Moey as intended by its features. This does not grant ownership of Moey’s branding, software, or other materials, or override any separate open-source license.

External links and feedback

Listings, demo links, embedded players, and prototypes may lead to independent services with their own terms and privacy practices. A listing, ranking, or maker credit is not a guarantee that a product is safe, legitimate, accurate, or suitable for you. Use care before downloading files, signing in, or paying on an external site.

Feedback and analytics are informational signals, not promises of demand, revenue, or business success. Do not rely on Moey to keep the only copy of your work.

Reports, removal, and account restrictions

We may review reports, remove or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, safety concerns, legal requirements, or abuse. We may act immediately when necessary to address harm. You can ask us to review a moderation decision by emailing the affected URL, your username, and an explanation to trungnguyenquochn2202@gmail.com.

Copyright complaints and counter-notices follow our Copyright & DMCA Policy. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Privacy and leaving Moey

Our Privacy Policy explains account information, activity tracking, cookies, providers, and retention. You can stop using Moey at any time. To request account or personal-data deletion, email trungnguyenquochn2202@gmail.com. We may need to verify ownership and retain limited records for legal or security reasons.

Availability and responsibility

Moey is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free information, or that every contribution has been reviewed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moey is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will update the date above. For material changes, we will provide a prominent notice on the service before they take effect, except where immediate changes are needed for legal or security reasons. Where required, we will ask for renewed agreement.
